As I mentioned in my last post, I was thinking of what more I should do with memberships.
It took me awhile to get in the proper mindset to be willing to do something like a premium Discord server.
One thing I realized is that most of my supporters do not expect anything. So, I'll embrace that. You're not paying for something in exchange, this is rather just something I am giving in return for your kindness. And I'll treat it as such.
I have reworked the tiers and opened up a new Discord server. This will be kept simple and small. While it is technically public, it will be announcement-only for those that do not have a membership.
The $2 tier unlocks the majority of the Discord server. The chats, the voice channels, the secret stuff I'm doing.
The $5 tier unlocks a bit extra, such as the feedback and ideas channel. If you want to make a request for a video, I will maybe work on it. If you want some feedback on your projects, I would be willing to provide some.
The $10 unlocks a downloads channel for all my music. You get access to the files.
These are all subject to change in the future.
I don't expect myself to be too heavily on-top of things in this new server. It'll be more "as it comes" instead of stressing myself out over things.
That being said, I'll also be much more particular about who is allowed in the server. It will be assumed you're at the very least 16 or older, and if you claim you are not or act like you are not, you will be banned. If you make me or others uncomfortable, you will be banned. There are no exceptions just because you are donating to me.
As is everything I am doing, this will be an experiment. Maybe it will not land the way I want it to, and that is okay.
