The Sunday Scoop #2
Hello fellow netizens!
Last week I mostly explored other art forms. I really enjoy exploring different forms of creative expression and seeing what I can do.
Let's dive in:
Weekly Recap
Go to sleep!
This video was posted just last week, on February 21st. Now it stands as my most viewed video, amassing >900k views!
I never thought any of my videos would surpass 1 million views, and here we are... almost there.
I seriously could not thank you guys enough. Of course I can also thank the almighty algorithm... but I could also thank your lack of sleep! It seems this video is all too relatable with the majority of YouTube.
Rat attack!
Last week's video! Check it out →
The YouTuber doctor4t inspired me to make something related to rats. Having been in the Minecraft modding space for a bit, I find his videos very enjoyable! Go check him out if you like that kind of stuff.
I hadn't made a silly meme in a little while so I wanted to make another! I recently learned I can record movements with my cursor so I thought it'd be funny to make them walking like I was dragging them around.
I liked the music so much that I finished a full-length version of it too!

Who needs another Micro Songs volume anyways... :')
Dreamscapes
My most recent obsession has been taking photographs from Unsplash or Pinterest and editing them in a way that turns them into surreal dreamscapes.
I often upload this art on my Twitter, but have started to share them here as well, in batches (so technically you'll see them early, since I schedule them out on Twitter).

Poetry
When I first got ill, I began to explore many different forms of creative expression. One of those that stuck was poetry. I liked being able to express my thoughts while still leaving it open to interpretation, and also making it feel a bit whimsical and fantastical.
Poetry isn't something I've ever understood on my first read, but I admire the underlying stories attached to them.
I've recently began to get back into poetry, and I've been thinking about turning them into something more—maybe short comics, maybe short animations. Maybe I incorporate some Dr. Seuss in my style.
Here I tried to just attach it to an art piece:
Website Updates
I've created a resources page for my website! I'll be curating lists of tools or just things I recommend, like books, tutorials, etc. I might create my own tools and resources as well.
For now, I've created a list of free and open-source tools that you can use.
Eventually I'll implement a search and filter function in these lists as they expand.
Other misc. updates:
- I updated the links page (and made it available to desktop users). This now contains ALL of my official links—anything that is not there is not me!
- I added a newsletter button to the navbar that sends you straight to the collection in my Patreon.
- I updated my about and FAQ pages.

Very interesting style here that reminds me of retro games, but I'm not really sure if any retro games were actually like this lol. Very awesome and funny content!
Consider becoming a member if you'd like to support me! You get to see sneak peeks, brainstorming, behind-the-scenes, scrapped projects, secret evil plans to take over the world—really just anything I don't want to blast out to the public!
See you next week!
